To copy data in two companies for setup tables.

hi friends,
I need to copy the data from one company to other company for all setup tables of all modules. As discussed in previous forum http://www.navision.net/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9491 it is not a good practice to keep datapercompany=No but as i have to do it for every setup table, then as I guess, it should be safe.
But then also, I need your suggestion. should I do this or not???

I tried using the copy data default functionality in nav5.0 and it goes into infinite loop when the DB is on SQl Server whereas the same DB on the Non SQL DB works fine. Any explanation for this. How do i make it work for SQL one ?
