Version 4 : Business Notification doesn't work

Again ...
Trying to use Business Notification ... I've all installed as recommended in documention, I've created shemes and so on ...
When I want to check "Send Notifications" in the setup, answer is "Error : You have to install Microsoft Notification ..." .
Regarding the code itself , this message comes when table 9801-Property Store is empty ... So, question is : wich process fills in this table ?
Any idea ? #-o
