Problem in NAV Application Server

I've install NAS, service if NAS is not started, given below error are appearing.
Services
Could not start the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Application Server "AppServerName" service on Local Computer.
Error 1: Incorrect function.
OK
Please suggest
