To-Do Handler... after 4.0?

In version 4.0 codeunit 5073 "To-Do Handler" existed. It no longer exists in 2009 R2. Does anyone know what happened to this codeunit? In particular, there is a function called "ProcessTodo" that I am trying to track down in the latest version (or at least where it moved to).
