RTC - Export in Excel without Excel

Hi All,
i have a little problem. I'm working with NAV2009 SP1 RTC, and i must export some table in excel.
I can not use Report (SAVEASEXCEL) because, i don't have a fixed layout.
So I use a report ("Process Only"), and i create the excel file throught Excel Buffer.
The problem is that the customer will work with this situation :
Customer PC --> Excel Installed - Client NAV2009 Not Installed;
Terminal Server --> Excel Not Installed - Client NAV2009 Installed;
NAV Server --> Excel Installed;
So i set excel buffer in this way "CREATE(XlApp,TRUE,FALSE)", and so i don't receive any error. The problem is that i'm not able to save the excel file.
Can someone help me?
