licence Problem

Hello,

We bought a three users licence for MSDN 2009 R2. Unfortunately, only two users can connect at the same time.

Do you have an idea of how solve the problem. I verify the licence file and wrote to Microsoft. They answered me with:


The license file of this customer should indeed include 3 AM users (1 in the foundation pack and 2 additional users).
So I don’t believe it is a license but a technical issue.

So what can I do ?

Have you tried to restart the server, and then log in precisely the three type of users you have the license for?

You have 3 AM users on the license.

1 user is used by the server. So you can only have 2 users login at the same time. There's no problem.

Hello,

We tested the licence file in our office and it works fine for three sessions.
I suppose there is a service , maybe a NAS service running on the server.

What do you think about that ?
