Reservation Entry

Hi,

when i post journal after Lot tracking it give an error message :-

Reservation Entry Locked by another user,wait until....

so have compile full database,optimize tables,delete zup,log file but problem is not solved.

but when i logout all users then this error message is not show.

so suggest me what i can do for it???

Locking ensures consitency in the DB, If you are getting the locking once in a while then no need to worry. But its happening very frequently then you need to have performance tuning.

Are you using C/SIDE Server or SQL Server?

Once you have identified the precise conditions/queries which get blocked you might be able to develop some solution ...
