DatumFilter und NODBC

I have been trying to get the flowfilter “Date Filter” (Datumfilter) to work through a German MSQuery against a native NAV6 German database but I cannot get it to accept a textstring as a Datumfilter criteria. I always get a "Not a correct date value" error...
And it looks as if a field filter is placed instead of a flowfilter...?
I have tried to update the STX file in the NODBC directory with the one from the German client directory. Stil no go :-(
Does any one known of a case where a date flowfilters works in a setup like this one?
And could you please tell me how you managed to get it to work... ?
