Multiple Profiles to Multiple Users

Hi,

I have created different RTC profiles, which i want to tag to different users, say for e.g 4 profiles to 4 users... is it possible??

As RTC page opens with User's windows login, whether the user should be a Super user or we can assign our own roles to users??

As I know, one profile per one user only

we can assign our own roles to users as in Classic

There is a download / tutorial / blog entry somewhere for how to select a profile when you open the RTC. It is designed for super users, but there is no reason you couldn't customize it a little further to allow certain people to select from a set of profiles.
