Query on the Budget data updated on the Accounts schedule

Hi

I was testing out the budget entry being updated in the accounts schedule. To my surprised, I discovered if the Accounts Schedule is using a Analysis View to extract the Budget data, the user must run the update function in the Analysis View to ensure that the budget data is updated.

This is quite odd in my opinion.

On one hand, the Navision allows the Accounts Views to be updated at the time of posting. On the other hand, it expects the user to go to the Analysis view everytime a budget is changed. This is quite time consuming in my opinion especially with customers with monthly forecast.

Does anyone have an opinion or a workaround for this?
