Certificate thumbprint with Unicode

Hello All,
I'm installing my RTC R2 for WAN connection. I am on the part of installing the certificate. However, I found that the certificate thumbprint contains unicode character, which is invisible. I copied the thumbprint value and updated the configuration file. Though when I am starting the service, it wouldn't start.
Please help.. [-o<
