Insert New Line in List Part with NAV R2

Hello,
to insert a new line in Tree Tier List Part, i can use shortcut Ctrl+Insert. We recently installed new version of Navision (R2) but the Shortcut Ctrl+Insert doesn't work. Users are very unhappy because they lost a lot of time to seizure orders.
Somebody can help me?
