Error Message in Purchase Quote (Nav 5.0)

Can anyone please tell me why I receive the error message - There is no Currency Rate within the filter etc; when I try to make it into an order? The Currency Rates works well in all other areas without problem. I even tried this in 'Cronus' test inviroment and got the same error.

you might be trying to create a quote with the posting date which is before starting date of Currency exchange rates for the currency attached in customer card..

i think i've seen this if the purchase and payables setup has 'No Date' set for default posting date and its foreign currency
