donot got permission to make new table

I am new to NAV (just started learning since 2 days)
I am using Cronus database for practice.
i was about to create new table but access denied
please help me

You need the license to develop.

Or you need to save the table under ID which is allowed with the license. See the Cronus license permissions (I think that they are already described on this forum or in documentation).
