Problem when trying to Upgrade from navision 3.70 to 4.00.

I have a problem when trying to Upgrade from navision 3.70 to 4.00.
I have downloaded the Zip- file : Upgrade Toolkit 400.ZIP from PartnerSource.
I have preformed the actions 1 - 5 as descripted in "Upgrade Quick Guide Navision 3.70".
When I run form 104001, Upgrade Old version, and click "Transfer Data" i get the error :
TableData 10141 does not exist.
Is that a table that should have been i the Upgrade Toolkit?
What is wrong?.

I have made the upgrade, with no errors, so try to download the upgrade toolkit again, it should have been importet with one of the upgrade fob's.
Remember to replace all in the import.
Is there only a single upgrade toolkit released, or are there separate releases for the various localised versions? I've seen a W1 release but not a GB localised one.
