Printing trough Terminal Server

Hi there,

When a user prints a report, he can see that it is printed and is sent to the printer.
However, the pintername has this 'Ne04' name.
What I could see, this is a known problem.
My question is, how to fix this?
Is it that the network printers have to be re-installed, or only re-connected?
Or is it the ZUP-file that has to be removed?

I can't find a solution for this known problem.
Anyone has any hints?

He uses Navision 4 SP3 trough terminal server.

Check that on terminal server connection is checked a field for sharing local printers.
