Synchronization problem with TFS as VCS in AX 2009

Hi all,

I have an issue with the synchronization of files from one AOS to other AOS as explain below.

1. I have two already running AOS connected and implemented with TFS as VCS. They are working perfectly.

2. Now i have installed the other AOS(3rd instance). I wanted to update it with the existed AOS instances. So, i have connected it also with the SAME Team server and Team server DB as the above(in step 1) two AOS alrady connected. Now after starting the AX i have forcefully synchronized it with the same company in which i have all the implementations from Tools->Dev. Tools->Version Control->Synchronise(clicked on Force).

But while restarting the AX again, I am not able to view all my updates (New files added and also existing modified) in this newer AOS instance compare to the earlier two AOS instances.

Can anyone suggest me the way to get all the updates to new AOS (connected to TFS as VCS)?
