I have been trying to limit permissions but whenever I set the second limitation the user suffers the alert for not being allowed for reading the form
But the second I remove one of the permissions user has the ability.
is this a bug or I am not doing it right (probably)
but still the limitations and forms are not related limitationwise
does anyone suffered the same problem?

I am not sure I understand what you are doing...
Can you post the specific actions you make and you get the error?
