Does NAV have audit tracking capabilities? I need to know who has made a change to a document, table, card, etc. Is this standard functionality within NAV or is this an add-on?
This is Standard Functionality . You have to set the Change log Activation to track modification of the field in a table . Look at the fields "Old Value" and "New Value". This is applicable if user make the changes manually.
If you change by code Change log does not have that information.
