Nav 3.10A + Matriks 2.0 in Win7 XP mode

Hello 
We are using ancient version of Nav 3.10A + Matriks doc 2.0 and now we migrated to Win7. Nav is running in virtual pc, XP mode. But i can't get Matriks to work in XP mode. It is used for viewing .pdf files, attached to items in Nav.
Unfortunately i don't have any error log or message. When you try to run it, all it does is blinks the screen and that all. Nothing happens.
Any ideas or suggestions how to make this run?

After many many hours of experimenting, finally found the problem.
XP mode needs to be added to domain too
