Show Bad format on printer

I have a problem when printing through autocreated printers whith Navision 2.60 on Citrix MF 1.8.
The configure format on server, workstation and in the NF report is A4.
When you print, the properties of printer is A4 but it appears on the HP4050, insert LETTER FORM.
I don't really think the problem is cause by NF but by MF1.8.
Can't find an answer.
