Using the Web Sources feature in Relationship Management

In RM you can specify a Web Source and search word for a contact. When this function is used it is supposed to launch your web browser, go to the specified URL, and search using the search word that you used.
When I set this up for say... Google, or Yahoo, it goes to their site but does not use the search word, just goes straight to the homepage.
Has anyone had luck with this feature? I tried with both Firefox and I.E. with the same results.
Thanks,
Simeon

I am looking at this same thing in 4.0. On the web sources tab I can put in the URL as
http://www.google.com/search?q=%1
Then on the contact card fill in the information under Contact>Company>Web Source
and it will launch the browser and search for whatever I put in the "search word" field.
I cannot find a way for that search term to be dynamic, such as "Phone No."
I am not sure what the benefit of the functionality is.0
