1) DB Logins - when creating them and using SQL server, you need to create the user on SQL first. You can login from computer outside domain.
2) Win logins - No need to create on SQL first, user do not need to enter password, standard domain policy for password, disabling the account disable access. Still you can login as another user with the "Run as..." functionality. In next version there is only windows security for the new client. You can use groups to assign roles in nav, thus maintain NAV access level directly on Active Directory, like other permissions.
