Material Issue tracking against production order

Hi Guys,
I need help on this.
I have 2 locations
1.Production 2. warehouse
we are using NAV 2009 SP1
when the production user raises the Material Issue against R.P.O number. warehouse will issue the material based on available quantity.
when the production user open the consumption Journal against R.P.O number to consume the material.It shows all the available quantity at production location irrespective of particular R.P.O.
now my question is:
how can I see my order against Issued Quantity/tracking?
how is it possible when I executing more than 1 R.P.O, which material is issued for which R.P.O number?

Please, try with manual reservation of the input for the RPO.
i.e. as soon as you transfer the Inputs from Warehouse to Production Location,
In components, manualy reserve the input for that RPO.
