Problem During UnApply Entries in Cust. Ledger Entry

I am having One Payment Entry Partially applied to two Invoices. The payment Entry still Open. Later month End I had run the revalutation
There is unrealized entry posted to that payment. Now I am trying to Unapply That payment Entry I am getting Error "The Latest Transaction No. must be an Application in Cust. Ledger Entry No. 146708. The 146708 is the Payment Entry.
any idea?
Please advise.
