Sales Tax for Miami

Hello,

NAV 4.01. The sales tax for Miami is 1% until 5000$ and 0% for values above 5000$.

Is this setting correct?:
1 in the "Tax Below Minimum" column
5000 as the Maximum Amount /Qty
0 as "Tax Above Maximum"

Because NAV is applying the Maximum Amount not for the whole invoice, but per Gen.Prod. posting groups, giving errors when we try to post the invoice.

Does anyone faced this before?
