How to Map import Scenerio in Navision 6.0 with all excise duty,custom duty etc.

    Create a Tax/Charge structure accordingly and assign to the Purchase Order/Invoice.

    I suggest you go through the HF 2 - 20458_ADC and CVD_Feature Instructions Guide . Still if you have any doubts let us know.
