Export to Excel

When we export e.g. account schedules to Excel (report 29 "Export Acc. Sched. to Excel") in the classic client (NAV 2009 R2), this works without any problems. In the RTC however, we get the following error message "To support the Dutch (Belgium) language, install the Language Package for your version of Microsoft Office.".

Configuration:
- NAV 2009 R2, Belgian localisation
- Windows XP, Windows 7, both in English
- Office 2003/2010 with Dutch (Belgium) language package

I also tested this on Windows XP and Windows 7 in Dutch (Belgium), and the export to Excel works on both the Classic and the RTC. The problem is that our company policy requires every PC to be installed in English.

Is there any way to get the export to Excel to work in the RTC, having a Belgian NAV, English Windows and Dutch (Belgium) Office?
