Physical Inventory Post and Print Issue

I have a client who can post but cannot Post and Print their Physical Inventory journal. Typically, this is due to filters in the G/L Register report. Once they're cleared, Post and Print works fine.

We have ruled this out as there are no filters set in the G/L Register report. We verified there are no filters set in the Item Register report as well. In addition, we confirmed that there are no Printer Selections setup and that the printer is working.

Are there any other contributing factors as to why this function would suddenly stop working?

    What is the exact error message you are encountering.

    There is no message. The journal posts but nothing prints.

    As I mentioned, this is a recurring problem that is usually solved by clearing the G/L Entries filters, but that is not working.

    Any ideas?
