Changing tab order in RTC

Hello. I know how to change the tab order on a form in NAV Classic, but is there a way to change the tab order on a page in RTC?

I might be totally wrong, but this is how I understand RTC:

All fields can be reordered on any page by the user so programming a certain order is not what you should rely on when designing/programming a page.
