Form is not visible in Navigation Page

Hi experts,
In our customer license we have Name
7150 Form and Page Designer (includes 10 pages & forms) . And I have designed forms 50000 to 50009 but the form 50001 is not visible in navigation pane.
However the form is there if i open navigation pane in designer.
What is the reason for this, can anybody guide me...
