StockOut Warning in Sales Setup not Working

Hi all,

I checked the boolean field named Stockout warning in Sales & Receivables Setup.

Then I Checked the inventory for item 1110 as 400.Qty on sales order and Qty on purchase order is 0 for this Item.

Then I created a sales order for this Item 1110 with Quantity entered as 10 but in the scenario it should not show me the warning message but still the system is showing the warning message.

Why the system is showing the warning message even when my sale will not result in a negative inventory for an inventory item?
If anyone knows the solution , kindly met me know.
