stuck window

how do i get the item journal window from behind the tool bar ? i can escape but when i open the window again it is still behind the tool bar. i know this is more of a windows question but i will have many more relevant navision questions soon ... MANY. thanks for your help !

    recompile the object and then run it. it will get its default position back.

    even better:
    use ALT+MINUS then press M. Then use your arrows or mouse to move the window where you want.

    1. janpieter's solution

    2. You could also press Alt+Space to show the system menu, use the left right arrows to move the menu to the window you want to move, and choose move on the menu. Then use the four arrows to move your window anywhere you like and press enter when done.

    3. You could close the application, find the *.zup file and delete it, and reopen the application. That way you get the predesigned settings of the application, not the user specific.

    sorry, i don't understand .. the last time this happened i used a keyboard shortcut that moved the box down where i could reset it as i normally would keep it. i actually know very little of navision ...

    ALT+SPACE is for control Menu of master window, ALT+MINUS is for Control Menu of child window. in some sitatuions both work.

    and these features are back from Win3.1, when in left corner of the window there was not a nice icon like today, but exactly a "long bar" in master window and "short bar" in child windows...
