Nav 3.70 Commerce Portal in NAV 2009 SP1 CC - Don't Work

Hi!
do somebody use the nav commerce portal from Nav Attain 3.70 with the 2009 Client? We want to upgrade our System to Nav 2009 SP1, but the Commerce Portal don't work. The QueueHandler-Automation returns false.
We use the Nav 3.70 with all Automations for the test.

As per my Knowledge Commerce Portal was removed from version 5.0 of navision.
And it will no longer work with NAV 2009 SP1.
