ERROR While running RTC

Hi all,

I have installed configured 4 domain users in server 192.168.0.242 with windows authentication and granted administrative rights with the following names.

Stock1
Stock2
Stock3
Stock4

I can able to login through Stock1 and can run RTC. But when I login through Stock2,Stock3,Stock4 I am getting the error "Cannot connect the sql server".If anyone knows the solution for this error, Kindly let me know.

    Have you tried for configuring roles in SQL server??
    I mean have you assigned roles to Stock2,3 and 4??
    Just check it..
    It may solve....

    Which license? Check the event log on the service tier and on the client for more info about the problem.
