3.70.B for Greece, and mbs Knowledge base article

I have had a responce about the know error in UPPERCASE function and I have received the executables and dll of the 3.70.B version.

In Greece we use 3.70.A, and in the incident the hotfix mentions:

Hot Fix for Microsoft Knowledge Base article number(s) 886851, 886859, 887053, 887331, 887713, 887714, 887715, 887717, 887736, 887966, 890640

I have tried to find those articles but I can't anyone know how to find these articles and see what that hotfix covers?

I have posted that to the MBS incident but I haven't got any responce yet and I am a bit in a hurry.

I have also notify MBS Hellas about that hotfix so that it will be forwarded to parners.
