Consume more material when using pick in production

Hi,
Is there a way to consume more then expected qty on components when using pick in production? For example we need 10 components but during operation drilling we drill wrong diameter on 5 components so we need to get an extra 5. It's not possible to create a new pick without adding another 5 to the quantity in components but we dont' want to do that we want to see the difference between expected and consumed quantity.
