How to convert Form (classic) become Page?

and how to convert it become page?

after I follow the steps using in dvd,sometimes it got crash and restart the navision

while i "get forms" , it restart navision....
can i do it in nav classic native database?

My Steps :
1. import TIF.fob
2. i create new form (form 50000) - List Type
3. i run form 177000 Transformation Forms
4. i go to Transformation Setup Card :
TIF Path Import : C:\Transformation\1
TIF Path Export : C:\Transformation\2
5. Get Forms.... I filter ID 50000
6. Functions - Create Alll Transformation Input (There are several xml files in C:\Transformation\2)
and then what should I do ?

*before exporting Alll Transformation Input, i hope you have mentioned form type and page type*

Export Form 50000 to C:\Transformation\2 with Forms.xml name
Run Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Tools.FormTransformation.exe
It will create Pages.xml
Import Pages.xml
Compile Page 50000
and run page 50000

for a simple customer card.. i already successfully transform become page
but for a matrix form it cannot
for example this matrix form (header and matrix)
7158 Sales Analysis by Dimensions
9227 Sales Analysis by Dim Matrix
i confuse how to configure what form type become what page type
do you know how to do it?

You can't directly convert matrix form to page. you need to redesign the matrix in 2 forms. Look at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd301407.aspx for further information.

for sales order form and sales order subform
i save as them as 50042 (new sales order form) and 50046 (new sales order subform)
after i generate using transformation tool
50042 Form Type Document , page type Document
50046 Form Type subform worksheet, page type listpart
but it doesn't look a like as page 42 and page 46
what did i miss?
is there something i must do?

This is transformed Sales Order
there is no fact box and another i give it a signed in the image
please take a look

you need to mention fact boxes in Transformation forms for Sales Order Form(Input --> Add --> Fact boxes )
