Connection problem Nav 5.0 to SQL Server 2008

Hello everybody,
This is my first post in the forum, and welcome once again.
I have a problem with the connection, the nav 5.0 to the SQL Server database. I added one user to windows authentication and the other on sql authentication, set the database in a mixed mode. I solve the problem with xp_ndo.dll, conceded the right users. When I try to call some one and the other user I get an error that no valid user name or password. Oddly typing login and password, I select a database with no problems :?
