Ther connection to the BN Server could not be completed

Im have an issue with BN pertaining to starting some schemes. I have to schemes that I started in the BN Manager, when I try to start the third scheme I completed I get the following error:
"The connection to the server <server_name> could not be completed. The server may be running under an account that is no longer valid, or the Web configuration file might be corrupted. Contact your system administrator."
Can anyone asssit on the work around?
