Light User Testing

We are Designing our first solution using light user licensing and the question of using a correct UAT scenario to replicate an actual light user was raised when we may not have a customer license with granule 1250 added yet.

Since the light users operate on a trust basis with no setup to say who is or is not a light user, has anyone used a testing methodology to replicate the same restrictions a light user would have
when interacting with Nav say through sharepoint using webservices etc or could think of how to best simulate a light user environment?
