in subcontracting when i receive material with same lot no.,it give Item Lot no. blank error,
is it is due to any setup problem or other???

After processing , you are receiving the another material , so you should enter the Lot No manually.

but there lot no. automatically comes from send item. when i receive same item it show lot no.,but when i receive it,it give lot no error for that item.

Can you post exactly what error you are getting ?

when i click on receive button it give error Lot Number is required for Item RMEXTAL00189
it comes from CU22.On Receiving i go from function->apply delivery challan->line->item tracking line->qty to receive
it show lot no.then why this error comes???

No, it's not setup problem

check your subcontracting form is working or not, if it's working then complie your page

1. There is no error, this is a message for you to assign Lot no for RMEXTAL00189 (Output) on receipt, as it is lot controlled (as you defined in the item card).
2. "apply delivery challan" is for the input item's Lot; you are consuming for the output.
