SQL Change Listner error in NAV 2009 RTC

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when I open the NAV 2009 RTC.

"The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server cannot connect the Change Listener to SQL Server due to the following error: Login failed for user 'DOMAINNAME\NILESHSHELAR$'.""

If anyone knows the reason for this error, Kindly tell me a solution to rectify this error.
