CRM - Outlook Issue

Hi and thank you for viewing this problem that I’m having and hopefully some expert and help me out. We’re sending bulk emails to our customers and clients using a “segment” in Sales and Marketing. Everything is working normal and the emails are being sent to our customers however we getting a outlook stop message, and for each email were sending we need to click on “yes” for the email to send. For example if we were sending a newsletter to 500 customers we would have to press “yes” button 500 times for all the emails to go through. I would extremely grateful to anyone who can guide me on how to get around this problem. Thank you in advance.
