Calling Webservices directly from NAV

Hi Friends,

In forums, it is mentioned that through DOTNET or some other tools only they are calling the webservices. My question here is, Is it possible to call or consume the webservices directly from NAV through WSDL provided by the 3rd part tool say SIEBEL? If yes, how it can be achieved?

Please provide me some related links which explains the mechanism without the DOTNET or someother tools intervention.
