CPTimer and CP Handler runtime error

Recently, one of our cleints keep getting CPTime run-time error '440': automation error, and CP Handler Run-time error '10':, unspecified error.
We did make small changes to objects once for a while, but we can't think of anything that we did could affect commerce portal objects. Does anyone know what those two errors are about?

    I get the same "run-time error '10'; Unspecified error" CP Handler message box when I have Navision decode and encode XML sent via NAS.

    This error only appears the first time after Navision is launched. The error will not appear again before Navision is closed and launched.

    I'm able to send and receive XML even though I get the message, but I don't understand this error. Also, I am not able to do any debugging/code coverage when accessing Navision via NAS (maybe because of this error)...

    I'd like to add that I am working on Navision 3.70 and that the Event Viewer is not able to trap any information about this error (nor the error itself)

    any help/ideas appreciated...
