C/OCX allows you to use any ActiveX control that is non-visual. An example of this is the mapi32.ocx. This will allow you to send or receive mail from Navision. In fact, the Mail codeunit uses it.
C/FRONT allows you to create solutions in either Visual Basic or Visual C++. The main problem with C/FRONT is that it spawns a session when it is used and all validation has to be done by the author. The OnValidate method and associated code is not accessible.
