Nav 2009 error when connecting Outlook 2007

A customer has Nav 2009 and update his Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.
When he now tries to integrate Outlook.
In the previous version of Outlook he had no problems, but now Nav runs an error that closes Nav.
The error is:
"finsql.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Now I can choose 'Send error report' and 'Don't send'.
Whatever I choose, Nav is closed immediately.
Anybody has a solution for this problem, or maybe someone knows where to look...?
The automation in the Globals is set correct. ('NS Outlook Synchronization Handler'.OSendMail')
