NAVISION REPORT MONTHLY BREAK UP'S

hi friends,

iam new to navision technical
i want bankbook report with bank account,bank ledger account,G/L account tables
here iam taking labels posting date,document no,account name,chequeno,cheque date,
location code,voucher type,debit amount,credit amount,balance.
when i post entries into navision then if i take a bankbook report, it is not showing
monthly or quaterly credits or debits, it is showing from starting to end point.

but i want monthly breaks and to show credits and debits for the month
and it should start next month with outstandingledger balance and so on

kindly if anyone knows help me out

The simple way to acheive this is to run the report with monthly date filter.

hi thanks for reply,

but in my company,they want quaterly credits and debits totals of the outstanding ledger balance
if i given datefilter from 01-01-10-01-12-10
the quaterly break up should come within this 11 months and show the quaterly credits and debits, after getting these quaterly credits and debits,then it should start next quater from these last outstanding balance.

Use "Date" table as data item in your report to group the data on monthly/quaterly basis.
