Problem with RTC

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when trying to start RTC with my database however its working fine with Cronus Database, error is:-

"The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server cannot connect the changelistener to SQL Server because of the following error: "Create procudeure permission denied in the database 'MEW Suspension Pvt Ltd'.

To resolve this, i have tried to GRANT the Create procedure statement as:

USE [MEW Suspension PVT LTD]
CREATE USER [mossserver\administrator] FOR LOGIN [mossserver\administrator];

USE [MEW Suspension PVT LTD]
CREATE SCHEMA [$ndo$navlistener] AUTHORIZATION [mossserver\administrator];
GO

ALTER USER [mossserver\administrator] WITH DEFAULT_SCHEMA = [$ndo$navlistener];
GRANT SELECT ON [Object Tracking] TO [mossserver\administrator];
GO

ALTER DATABASE [MEW Suspension PVT LTD] SET ENABLE_BROKER;
GRANT CREATE PROCEDURE TO [mossserver\administrator];
GRANT CREATE QUEUE TO [mossserver\administrator];
GRANT CREATE SERVICE TO [mossserver\administrator];
GRANT VIEW DEFINITION TO [mossserver\administrator];
GRANT SUBSCRIBE QUERY NOTIFICATIONS TO [mossserver\administrator];
GRANT RECEIVE ON QueryNotificationErrorsQueue TO [mossserver\administrator];
GRANT REFERENCES ON CONTRACT::[http://schemas.microsoft.com/SQL/Notifications/PostQueryNotification] TO [mossserver\administrator];
GO

But still I am getting the same error.

Can anybody guide me how to resolve this issue..

I am not sure if this is the ideal solutions, but I have gotten over that issue by provider DB_OWNER access to the Database I am connecting to (in SQL), for the user account that is running the NAV Service Tier.
